- HammerBodies HSP Conducts Basketball-specific Workshop for some of Orlando's Best
Members of the HammerBodies HSP performance training staff recently traveled to Orlando, FL to conduct a high-performance, basketball-specific training and nutrition workshop for 10 of the area's top traveling basketball teams. Over 120 athletes took part in drills, movements and specific technique instruction on such basketball components as vertical explosion, lane quickness, rebounding power, fast break acceleration, and game day nutrition. The workshop was sponsored by the Youth Basketball of America, and plans are already being made for future workshops in Orlando, as well as other cities.
