State-of-the-Art Training ... State-of-the-Art Clinic
The HammerBodies Custom Fitness Clinic offers over 21,000 sq. feet of private fitness, performance and nutrition resources. Just like our customized training and eating programs, each section of our facility has been designed and laid out with the specific needs of clientele in mind. Although HammerBodies has always been about knowledge, expertise and strategy rather than the latest piece of equipment, our state-of-the-art clinic is a premiere resource for clients throughout St. Louis and the Midwest.
Two Private Training Areas
To allow clients to train in as comfortable of an environment as possible, HammerBodies has been divided into two separate training areas – one for our custom fitness clientele and one for our sports performance clientele. Both areas are private, state-of-the-art and include a full array of equipment to implement the customized training programs of our clients.
60-Yard Indoor Turf Field
The indoor HammerBodies field is comprised of some of the highest quality turf available. The turf field is used in a variety of speed, agility, acceleration and flexibility drills by both sports performance and custom fitness clients.

This is the fastest surface in the world – and the same type of track used in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
Nutrition, Testing, Evaluation Center
Comprehensive testing, evaluation and nutrition is the foundation of everything we do at HammerBodies, and the basis for every program customized for every client. The HammerBodies clinic includes a private nutrition consultation department, three private testing and evaluation offices, and a testing and evaluation center where a variety of specific tests can be measured, monitored and evaluated.
Group Fitness Studio
Although our business is ‘custom fitness’, HammerBodies does offer a variety of
group fitness classes and semi-private group training to further meet the needs of
clientele. Our private group fitness studio is over 1,300 sq. feet and completely
private from the rest of the clinic.
